Author Guidelines

Authors who wish to submit manuscripts to IKTISYAF: Journal of Islamic Communication and Broadcasting Studies must ensure that their manuscripts comply with the journal's submission requirements and formatting standards.

The journal publishes original research articles, conceptual papers, and literature reviews related to Islamic communication, da'wah studies, broadcasting, media studies, and related interdisciplinary fields. Manuscripts must be original works that have not been previously published or submitted to other journals.

Submitted manuscripts should be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia and generally range between 5,000 and 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures. Authors are required to structure their manuscripts with the following sections: Title, Author Information, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Method, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

All manuscripts must follow the APA Style (7th Edition) for citations and references. Authors are strongly encouraged to use recent scholarly sources, particularly journal articles published within the last ten years.

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's Online Journal System (OJS). Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their submissions and compliance with ethical publication standards.
